On 29th October 2018, AREG welcomed 60 delegates to an ELBE partner meeting in Aberdeen. More than 80 meetings took place resulting in over 60 new business opportunities reported.  These included invitations to tender, new client relationships, partnerships, consortia and collaboration potential. The next partner meeting “Getting to market in Blue Energy” will be held in Temse, De Meyer, Frank Van Dijckelaan 28, 9140, Belgium on the 26th February 2019. Presentation topics include growth markets around the world (floating wind energy, wave and tidal), technical standards, small scale applications and integration in multi-use platforms and the Ocean Energy ERA-Net call.  Delegates will include DEME, Nexans, Smulders, NBIMEP, IDOM, Dutch Marine Energy Centre and University of Ghent. AREG members will have the opportunity to provide a brief introduction to their company and free invitation to the event dinner on the evening of the 26th.
