The European Commission will shortly announce a number of new low carbon innovation funding calls through the Horizon Europe programme.
The programme will be launched in April and the first deadlines will take place in August. UK organisations remain eligible to apply for these calls and there are a number of opportunities which will be of interest to companies in Scotland.
The Scottish European Green Energy Centre will be hosting a webinar on Tuesday 13th April at 10.00-11.00 to provide an overview of the Low Carbon element of the programme and to offer guidance on the support that is available throughout the application process.
These calls represent an excellent opportunity for Scottish companies to win funding for cutting-edge low carbon innovation.
Speakers will include: Martin Valenti, Head of Climate Enterprise at Scottish Enterprise; Helen Fairclough, National Contact Point for Horizon 2020 Energy; Oliver Wragg, Commercial Director of Orbital Marine Power; and Conall McGinley, Scottish European Green Energy Centre.
