International energy logistics provider Peterson, part of the Royal Peterson Control Union Group, has announced expansion plans into Australia with the appointment of Ruaridh Hamilton as Australia Country Manager and the opening of a new office in Perth.

It is through a broader lens that Peterson enters the region, with Control Union activities forming part of ambitious plans to anchor in the state, and with key strategic partnerships with leading infrastructure and supply chain partners, Peterson’s entry in to this new geography seeks to bring new models to Western Australia and support the state’s vision towards a clean energy future.

Peterson has been delivering integrated logistics services for more than 50 years and is established in key energy hubs around the world with operations in the UK, Netherlands, Guyana, Trinidad, Qatar and now Australia. The company’s new office will be located in Perth at Level 28, 140 St Georges Terrace.
Peterson is part of the wider Royal Peterson Control Union Group, which already has an established presence in Australia, with CIS Control Union Australia delivering commodity inspection and certification services for clients in the region for more than 30 years.
