This is the first in a series of online and in-person sessions, from Heat Academy, at which we will facilitate exchange of strategies and best practice for reducing heat demand and carbon footprint of buildings. Investments in energy efficiency have a significantly better cost-benefit ratio than those focusing on production of energy.

There are however numerous technologies and methods to chose between. which can be retrofitted at scale in any type of building. Our aim is to assist developers and operators in selecting the optimal set of solutions for each specific case.

The session will focus on three key areas:

  • Business Modelling & Simulations – Setting the right priorities in terms of where to start and what to do
  • Design & System Optimisation – Best practice from an engineering and developer perspective
  • Collecting Data and Optimising Consumption – Selecting and operating systems
