Join AREG’s Energy Futures Renewable Energy-Young Professionals (RE-YP) Network for a tour of Port of Aberdeen South Harbour on Thursday, 12 October 2023.

The evening will commence with a bus tour of the new harbour including opportunities to stop and take photos.

After the sightseeing, there will be an opportunity to hear more about the history of the Port and its expansion and a short talk by OPITO, sponsors of the Young Professionals Network, who will share insights about the skills transition.

AREG’s RE-YP Network, which is chaired by Graceann Robertson, marketing manager at Verlume, and Charlotte Hartley, external relations manager at SSEN Transmission, brings together young professionals from AREG-member companies to meet, network and gain insights from industry leaders.

5.15pm – Arrival and registration

5.30pm – Coach departure from visit centre

5.30pm-7pm – Tour of Port of Aberdeen South Harbour

7pm – Coach returns to visitor centre

7pm-8pm – Networking and nibbles

The enthusiasm and dedication of the early group that would become AREG was fundamental in us choosing to launch All-Energy in Aberdeen.
