As part of the AREG Energy Futures network series, The Supply Chain and Technology Network, sponsored by Fennex and chaired by Neil McIntosh, director of Aberdeen International Associates (AIA), will meet virtually on Tuesday, 10 October from 1-2pm.
The 2023/24 supply chain and technology series will focus on innovation in renewables and the first of three meetings will explore the theme of health and safety, what we can learn from the oil and gas sector, and how technology can accelerate progress in renewables energy safety. The guest speakers for this network meeting will be Arron Baxter, Offshore Wind HSE Lead, Shell International Petroleum Company Limited, and Jack Brooke, Technical Safety Engineering Lead, Iberdrola Renewables Offshore.
Adrian Brown, managing director of Fennex, will provide a short overview of the work Fennex is doing to transition its existing technology, used for improving safety in the oil and gas sector, into renewables. The presentations will be followed by an opportunity to discuss the topic and ask questions.
