Join us via teams for the Communications x Young Professionals event, hosted by AREG, where industry leaders will share valuable insights on breaking into the energy sector and overcoming common challenges, with a strong emphasis on inclusion and diversity.

Danielle Wood, Global Compliance Director at AGR, will discuss the obstacles faced when entering the industry, highlighting the crucial role of diversity and inclusion, and offering advice on how to stand out to employers.

Dr. Jenny Garnham, an independent technical consultant and Trustee for TIDE (Transition through Inclusion and Diversity for Equity), will explore unconventional career paths and strategies for successfully navigating your way into the energy sector to build a strong career.

Following insights from AGR and TIDE, there will be a Q&A session where attendees can ask questions to our speakers and facilitator before the closing remarks from AREG.
