As a decarbonisation tool, Hydrogen has truly transformed from the theoretical to the essential over the past couple of years and now sits front and centre of net zero roadmaps across the globe. Due to the fascinating versatility of hydrogen – an energy carrier able to be both transported and stored, fuel mobility applications, and provide both heating and electricity – it is not surprising why it is considered a pivotal enabler of the clean energy transition.

In order to accommodate unprecedented demand for insights on the sector and clarity on short-term and long-term investment opportunities, and to build on our successful virtual offering at the start of this year, inspiratia presents its inaugural conference on the diverse world of hydrogen. The enthusiasm and dedication of the early group that would become AREG was fundamental in us choosing to launch All-Energy in Aberdeen. The first tiny show was held in 2001, and AREG’s Chairman at the time, Jeremy Cresswell, played such an active role that I often describe him in terms such as All-Energy’s ‘midwife’. All-Energy is now the UK’s largest renewable and low carbon energy exhibition and conference in terms of number of attendees, space booked, and number of exhibiting companies.
