Offshore Wind in the US is experiencing and expecting to undergo significant growth over the coming years. US States are making strong commitments to offshore wind as part of their energy mix. California, for example, has recently committed to 100% carbon-free energy by 2045 and is starting to look at offshore wind in Humboldt Bay.

There is significant potential and real supply chain opportunities for Scottish companies who have experience in, or are interested in, offshore wind to work and partner with US supply chain companies and grow their business in the exciting new sector.

The IPF is the leading offshore wind technical conference in the US and joining the UK delegation to the conference is the ideal way to find out more about the market, network and discover new business opportunities.

Companies can also apply for a grant of £1,500 towards their attendance when booking before 1st April 2019.
