THREE60 and COMS Energy are pleased to announce a strategic alliance aimed at delivering industry-leading Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Completions services. This initial three-year agreement will cover the oil and gas upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors, as well as energy transition industries.
The alliance complements and enhances the existing capabilities offered by THREE60 through its Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) service line.
By bringing together their respective expertise, the companies will partner to leverage the combined experience and capabilities. THREE60 have a successful track record in providing commissioning services to oil & gas customers in UK, Africa and the Middle East while COMS Energy, through its parent company, provides a strong track record of delivery and growth in highly regulated nuclear industry.
The companies present this offering to the market both as a standalone support service and as part of an integrated EPCC offering. This demonstrates a commitment to providing flexible, agile and responsive services, enabling the companies to react and successfully respond to customers varying demands for support throughout the project lifecycle and guaranteeing seamless transition into the operating phase.
This agreement addresses a gap in the market, where there is a perceived lack of options for robust, efficient and delivery focussed commissioning support. The expertise of both companies will open opportunities for international expansion and access into new sectors. Several projects have already been successfully delivered together, all of which have been well received by customers. In recent years, THREE60 and COMS Energy have formed a strong working partnership and this agreement formalises the commitment of both companies to bring their existing industry connections and relationships to the partnership.
Alasdair Smith, Managing Director of EPCC at THREE60 Energy said, “This strategic alliance leverages the strengths of both companies, combining COMS Energy’s credibility and heritage with THREE60 Energy’s robust EPCC service line. Together, we are poised to address cross-sector commissioning challenges and deliver unparalleled value to our clients .”
Cliff Woodman, Chairman of COMS Energy said, “We are delighted to enter into this strategic alliance at a time of significant growth for both our companies, and we look forward to building on our already successful relationship with THREE60 Energy. The combined synergies, and reach back to niche capabilities, bring an extremely attractive offering to the benefit of our clients.
