People Planet Pint returns to Six by Nico on 1st July at 7pm, bringing together Aberdeen’s sustainability professionals and climate innovators for an evening of genuine connection and shared purpose.
This month’s theme is Local Transport so in and around Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire this might mean the Ember bus which has been a fantastic example of collective, low carbon, affordable travel. The e-bikes of Aberdeen, how is that project going? The improved cycle routes around Tullos and the summer weather, has it been enough to get people out of the car and on bikes, scooters or feet? Or maybe the reinstatement of the rail link to Peterhead? The theme is not compulsory so if participants prefer to chat about other sustainability topics that’s great too.
This event is about Networking for Impact, People Planet Pint offers a relaxed space for local changemakers to meet and share ideas that move Aberdeen beyond forward in clean, green, low carbon way.
Part of a global movement by Small99, these gatherings support an inclusive, transition. Hosted by Danielle Dale of The Changineer Ltd, with support from Krystal (the 100% renewably powered web host), these events demonstrate how local collaboration can turn big-picture goals into real-world impact.
All are welcome; registration is free via Eventbrite. Join the conversation shaping Aberdeen’s sustainable future.
